All fine, but slow service

Overall a nice experience! The parking deck access made everything super convenient. Loved how clean everything was, too!

The location is convenient, only 15-20 minutes from the historic district. The room was clean, and the best part was the shower, which provided an excellent experience. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and I found the staff's attentiveness lacking, with only one friendly staff member during my stay. Parking was adequate, but the overall service fell short.

However, I noticed a large stain on a curtain and some blood on the comforter, which was a bit off-putting. Check-in was a hassle when the hotel was overbooked, and we faced issues as our suite wasn’t available, forcing us into separate rooms on different floors. The parking garage was handy, but I learned it cost $12 per day, which felt a little steep, especially since there were reports of vehicles being broken into. Overall, the staff was friendly, particularly at breakfast, but the cleaning and maintenance could improve significantly.

I loved our stay here, especially with so many nearby eateries like Cold Stone Creamery and Cancun Mexican Restaurant just a short walk away. We enjoyed the relaxing strolls to Lake Mayer Park that offered beautiful views and scenery throughout our time in Savannah.

The King Room was really comfy and super clean, which I loved. The bed felt great, and that shower was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Direct access from the parking level made unloading luggage a breeze. No issues with noise either, so I could relax.

The outdoor pool provided a great spot for relaxation.

We loved going for swims in the outdoor pool and exploring nearby Savannah Bend Marina. The hotel was clean, and the staff was super friendly. Loved the spacious rooms and great amenities. Definitely a fun spot to hang out with friends!

The breakfast was fantastic with freshly baked croissants! I loved the outdoor heated pool but the bathroom could use some ventilation. 😅
